Cancellation Policy

Kesar finance believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order. However, if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has started, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
- Kesarclass does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds/replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the product quality is not satisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3-5 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant verifies the claim.
- If the product received does not match the description on the site or does not meet expectations, notify our customer service within 3-5 days. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer your complaint directly to the manufacturer.
- If a refund is approved by Kesarclass, it will take 3-5 days to process.
